Description
Historical downtown Wenatchee, WA. The Miller's Camera clock was constructed in the late 1800's to early 1900's. Percy Pangborn is the original owner of the clock which was built in 1915. The clock was located in from of his jewelry store. I read that the clock was moved a couple of times before finding its final resting spot where it is currently rests in front of 17 S. Wenatchee Ave. former home of Miller's Camera which is now the Firehouse Pet Shop.
Percy's brother, Clyde along with Hugh Herndan, Jr., made a record-breaking flight across the Pacific Ocean from Misawa, Japan, to Wenatchee, WA in 1931.
