Description

Beaver Pond is located at the Susanvile Ranch Park in Susanville, California. The park has several trails that lead around the parks and hills surrounding the park. I happened to take the trail that lead along a creek that eventually reached the pond. During the warmer months, I have watched a beaver busy adding to its already made dam. Wildlife come to the pond yearlong. It's extremely peaceful here and definitely a place to sit and unwind.
