A glacial erratic left behind from a glacier millions of years ago. It rest precariously next to a cliff near the trail for Bumpass Hell in the Lassen Volcanic National Park in California.The scratched and polished appearance of the rocks under the erratic attests to the motion of the glacier. The groves in the rocks indicate the path the glacier followed.

I am based is Northeastern California in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. I specialize in nature, architecture and abstract. But, if a subject captures my attention, I capture it. For me, photography is how I remember the world through my eyes. It gives my peace. When I am photographing, I forget everything else around me and lose myself into the capturing of a memory.
